💜 March is Women’s History Month—a time to celebrate progress, resilience, and impact. Though this year, I know many of us are feeling the weight of all that’s happening in the world. With the current landscape and turbulence—layoffs, shifting cultures in tech, and broader political and economic uncertainty—it can feel harder to embrace that celebration.
But here's the truth: Women have always been resilient. We've faced adversity head-on, breaking barriers and blazing trails where none existed. I see this resilience in the incredible women I work with—and in my own daughters, who inspire me every day (in photo below!).

So what can we do?
Here are my strategies for empowerment and celebrating this year:
✨ Amplify voices. Shine a light on the women around you—share their stories, recommend their work, and create visibility for their achievements.
✨ Seek and build community. Whether it’s a formal event or a simple coffee chat, connection fuels resilience.
✨ Give yourself grace. Feeling frustrated, tired, or uncertain is okay. Rest, reflect, and recharge so you can keep showing up.
✨ Celebrate the wins. Big or small, they matter. Recognizing progress keeps us moving forward.
✨ Own your impact. Your skills, expertise, and unique perspective are invaluable. Continue to confidently show up, speak up, and trust in your capabilities.

What strategies are you using to stay empowered? How are you celebrating the women who inspire you?
